I'm 19 years female. I have excess androgen due to kidney problem. Menstruation is REGULAR. Hirsutism and alopecia are the main problems. I'm taking 1000 mg metformin at night and 100 mg aldactone (spironolactone) early morning on doctor's advice. will this help to reduce my symptoms? Will this medication affect my fertility afterwards?
