I am having constipation motion problem and gas for the past 5 to 6 months. Used triphala churna for 3 months but no use. After that used homeopathy medicine but no use. I used homeopathy medicines for constipation, gas and also pain in anal region but no use. Now I am having serious constipation, pain in anal region. Black stool. Blood in stool. Back pain. Stomach pain. Anal opening hole to pass the stool is soo tight that stool is not coming. Getting stomach bloated. Hot air coming of anal hole, nose, and mouth. Now having serious trouble to pass stool the anal hole fully closed. Can not eat anything. Acid type of liquid coming in to the mouth. Used pilex tab from last 2 months. But no use. Please prescribe medicine. Some are saying there will be medicine with out operation. Please prescribe medicine.
