Im 24 age I think I have premature ejaculation while doing sex with my partner sperm releasing soon while starting to insert in vagina or some times after two mins thn some times my partner blowjob my penis sperm leak soon I can not control it. And while sleeping sperm leaks automatically. What is the treatment to cure this problem.
