I am 5'9" and my age is 30 and also my weight is 62 kg. So I want to know that is this weight perfect for me or I have to increased my weight? If I am under weight then how can I increased my weight?

Your BMI is fine, 20.26 you are not underweight, body has lean structure. If you want to addon weight then can go upto 75 kg that is 13 kg you can add in your present weight, go for personalised weight training and diet plan to get result.
