I am not able to sleep properly at night as I have to wake up 2-3 times to urinate. As a result sometimes I feel low on energy and mild pressure in eyebrows region and forehead. I drink one glass of lukewarm water before going to bed. I take blood pressure medication Tab. S amlodipine 5 mg once after breakfast and rosuvastatin 10 mg. After dinner. Kindly advice how I can improve my sleep.
