Dear sir, I want to reduce 10 kg weight in 2 month. 4 hrs I am exercising 7 days of week. 2 hrs cycling one hr yoga and 1 hr gym. Also having very little food. I suffering with L4 L5 spondylosis so could not walk more than mnt and than pain started in right legg. But I have no pain if I will not walk even cycling yoga or gym. But if I will stand or walk more than 5 to 10 mnt heavy pain started in right legg. So I want to reduce weight. I reduce 5 kg weight in 30 days.

Thank you for posting query. Sir you need to be assesed and plan a proper diet reducing food intake may weeken you we need to have balanced diet according to our workout.
