I am 33 years old housewife with gastrointestinal problem. My height is 5'5" and weight is 44 Kg. My weight reduced rapidly from 55 kg to 44 kg post birth of my only baby girl in 2014 and I got weaker physique and reduced stamina. It takes me a long time to defecate and that also by finger induced stimulation. Mostly I feel the pressure to go to toilet after having a meal at lunch. I have my breakfast around 10. 30a.m.lunch at 2.30 pm and have light dinner by 10 pm. I am still breast feeding my 4 years kid and get 6 hr sleep. I feel flatulence at empty stomach and bloating in full stomach. Before baby I had constipation and gas and post Caesarean I had diarrhea. Until I evacuate every afternoon, I feel bloated. I want to get back to 55 kg which is my normal weight in my twenties to thirty and want to be physically strong to do daily household chores without pain. A m not diabetic or anaemic and blood pressure low at times as per recent diagnosis. Shown few doctors who suspect IBS and malabsorption syndrome. I take Lesunberry probiotic course twice a year to improve my food absorption and Pankreoflat tablet daily. I take Rantac 150 for relief from gas and have Nexito Forte as prescribed by Doctors. But nothing improves my health with paining muscles and brittle nails, poor work stamina.
