I am 47. I am having small lumps in the left underarm. During periods it becomes big and painful. Sometimes puss comes out from this lump. Afterwards there will be no pain. The size will also subside but the hard lump is always present it is not disappearing. Sometimes during periods I get one or two in my right under arm also. I fear if it could lead to cancer. Please advise.
