Excessive hair can be due to disturb in normal hair cycle, which may occur due to many factors. 1. Adequate protein and iron in diet is must. So include milk, pulses, green vegetables in diet. 2. Regular exercise for 30 min. 3. Plenty of water, min. 10 - 12 glasses per day. 4. Wash your hairs regularly. Regularly our skin secret oil. It contains lots of chemicals. If is it not washed and gets accumulated in scalp then it causes more damage of hair.
