Dear Lybrateuser, - To boost your immunity you have to consume a well balanced diet, do regular exercise, sleep well & keep stress levels low - have more of fruits, vegetables including green leafy ones, whole grains like whole wheat, brown rice, oats, quinoa instead of refined ones, beans, lentils, pulses, soya products, tofu, sprouts, milk & milk products like cheese, yogurt, paneer, butter milk, healthy fats as in olive, canola & sunflower oil for cooking, nuts such as almonds, walnuts, pista, cashews, avocados, flax seeds - have plenty of oral fluids including 7-8 glasses of water per day for proper hydration - do regular exercise like walking, jogging, swimming, do moderate weight lifting for 10-15 min twice a week, also include yoga & deep breathing exercise in your daily schedule to boost your immunity & to keep fit - sleep well for 7-8 hrs at night, keep your sleep & wake up time fixed - keep stress levels low by reading, listening to music or follow a hobby - all these measures will help boost your immunity & keep you fit.
