You should start aerobic exercise like running, cross training, swimming, cycling, dance. By the time you turn 18 you will have stamina, strong heart, and increased blood vessels with good blood supply in all of your muscles at micro level. Take a good breakfast early in morning not later than 9 am. Take high protein high calcium diet.

Wait for a year more Mr. Affan. There are still few bones in you that will be growing now. 18 will be a better age for starting Wt. training. But for running and other cardio exercise you can start now.
