Check your Thyroid. Go for one hour walk. Reduce your fat and and sugar intake. Add 500 gms of salad in your diet. Better eat it half an hour before the meals. You must reduce your body weight to 80 kgs. Till the do not stop your medicine. Consult a physician for BP drug.

How many times has it been measured? Measure BP only once every fortnight after resting for ten minutes and do this for 3-6 months. Since you are very big sized person, maybe up to 145 is ok, but if it stays above 145 you should consider medicine. Weight lifting is allowed, but better to do light aerobics like walking, table tennis, badminton, cycling etc. And reduce sugar jaggery alcohol tobacco and starchy foods in diet. Balanced diet is healthier than modern restricted diet.
