Dear Lybrateuser, - To feel energetic & fit you should consume a well balanced diet, do regular exercise, sleep well & keep stress levels low - have more of fruits, vegetables, whole grains instead of refined ones, protein rich foods such as eggs, seafood, milk & milk products, soya products, beans, lentils, pulses, sprouts, a handful of nuts, healthy fats as in fish like salmon, mackeral, tuna, olive & canola oil, avocados, nuts & flaxseeds - have a protein food item with each meal & also as a snack in between meals which will give you energy throughout the day - do regular exercise such as walking, jogging, cycling, do moderate weight lifting for 10-15 min twice a week, also include yoga & deep breathing in your daily schedule to build your muscles & to keep you fit - sleep well for at least 7-8 hrs at night, keep your sleep & wake up time fixed - get your blood hemoglobin, sugar & thyroid hormone level test done to rule out any other problem.
