Hi sir/madam, My Age 46 form last 1 month feeling pain in neck and right hand fingers .mri report spine ka NAS DABA hai yaha ke Dr. ka kahna thik nahi hoga. I so much frustrated sir please. Suggest me exercise physiotherapy or any other because I can not seat and now I am not able to do my duty sir.Please help me for that
