I'm doing krto diet based on information available on internet. Following is my diet plan 1. Breakfast @8.30 am -curd 1bowl + broccoli, mushroom, paneer, spinach, salad -1bowl 2. Lunch @12. 30 pm - broccoli, mushroom, paneer, spinach, 1 cheeses slice salad - 2bowl 3. @4-5 pm - milk coffee without sugar and fruit 4.Dinner @10 pm - egg/ chicken with cheese slice, leafy vegetables / salad With this diet I lost almost 3. 5 kgs in 5 weeks. But sometimes I have feeling like I'm not loosing weight. So wanted to check whether I'm following right diet plan or need any modifications. My age is 36 yrs, height 5 ft, weight 62 kgs.
