I want to put 8 kg in 15 day can its possible my age is 19 please suggest me a good diet.

Include various shakes and smoothies, dry fruits and nuts, ghee and other healthy fats, multigrain or whole wheat bread, cheese to your diet. Eat more potatoes, rice and bananas.
