Your score seems to be normal for now but the fact that you are having hepatitis B means you are under risk of developing fibrosis in liver. The most important way to delay fibrosis is to follow a healthy routine. Sleep early, get up early eat fresh cooked home made food lots of fruits do regular exercise, do not attempt to eat extra protein like whey or any other protein supplements given in the gyms.
