What kind of diet should an 18 years old who goes to the gym have? Presently, he has Breakfast - Milk, tea and upma / sheera / lapse / oats / veg. Sandwich / idli / dosa / medu wada / once a week egg for breakfast Lunch and Dinner - non veg (Chicken) once a week, five parathas and sabzi. He has stopped eating rice after some advise from gym trainer. Evening Tea and biscuits / bread pizza / bhajias. Is this diet enough? Please advise.
