Hello, Main ek student hoon. Government jobs k liye preparations kar rhi hoon. Meri ye problem hai ki pardhai me concentration nahi ban pata hai idhar udhar mind bhatakne lagta hai. Pehle mujhe bahut jyda neend aati thi lekin ab to raat me nin ek dum nahi aati hai 2-3baj jata hai nind aane me jiss wajh se early morning nind nahi khulti. Bahut man dukhi sa lagta hai jaisa lagta hai ki kisi din mujhe depression ki problem naa ho jaye. Bure bure khayal bhi aate hai man me. Lekin pardhai me concentration nahi ban pata jo bhi pardho aisa lagta hai sb bhul gaye hai. Aur nind bhi raat me nahi aati hai. Main kya karu iske liye? Kya koi aisa ayurvedic tonic hai jo concentration aur memory power bardhata hai bina kisi side effect ke? Please help me.

Pehle to aap morning me uthiye aur morning walk kijiye,,,yoga kijiye,, meditation karna padega,,usse APPA problem short out ho sakta haiii,, meditation is the only way
