I have chest pain on the right side. Many doctors suggested that it might be due to muscle strain. Now, whenever I use my right hand to work as I am a right handed person. The strain occurs on my hand first and then to underarm and finally to chest. It even hurts when I touch that portion. It is a muscle strain then why isn't it improving for more than a year now? I had x-ray of my chest and everything was normal in it. Please suggest some remedies to heal this pain on the right side of my chest.
