My Problem is follicle is not growing to the required size, it's 10 mm in 14th day. Had an anembryonic pregnancy in October. Karyotype normal. Did AMH, FSH,LH, TSH,E2, Prolactin test on day 2. All came in Normal range. Other basic blood test came normal. Only triglycerides are high 500. Is it the reason for small follicle size?

Triglycerides may not directly affect the follicles as the production and growth of the follicles r purely based on harmons.
