Hello doctor, I am not fat, but I have a belly fat problem. Scene pregnancy I started to get belly fat, and now it is very much. Truly I am slim, not fat, only belly fat problem. Please help me. Tell me what I can do for it. I will be grateful if you please give me a diet chart.

Hello, Please follow the below strategies. 1. Avoid eating carbohydrate rich foods like rice/chapati after 6 pm. Eat vegetables, fruits, buttermilk etc after 6 pm. 2. Finish your dinner at least 3 hours before bed time. 3. Drink 1 glass of diluted lemon water 30 minutes before sleep time. 4. In the morning, do some ab work-outs. 5. Rest of the day eat more of protein sources like dals - pulses - eggs - milk - 5 nuts etc. 6. Please drink 2-3 liters of water everyday. I am sure these things if done regularly, will definitely show some good results. All the best!
