As per recent test, 25-OH VitaminD is5. 6 ng/ml, Iron 82micro gm/dl, Vitamin B12 is 250 pg/ml, HbA1c is 4.9%. Please suggest the diet and medical supplements to counter the deficiency of Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D.

Well sun is the best source of vit d, Soo expose your joints in the morning for 15-20 min daily, take milk and milk products daily, take sprouts, take soked chic peas daily, this will help along with proper homoeopathic treatment.

Hi Umesh... Taking vitamins is not a solution... Once you stop taking them then again it will come down... So with vitamin take proper homoeopathic treatment also to cure the cause of the deficiency... You can consult me through lybrate..
