Please suggest what I need to do as whenever I go to function I am unable to eat if I eat that I am going to vomit and my heartbeat is increased same with if I go to watch movie or any crowded place my heartbeat pumps up and I going to vomit If I dong eat anything then nothing happen but if I eat a little then I am going to vomit Now the parents are looking for girl and whenever they talk about it my heartbeat raised and lots of thought are arise in my mind So please suggest what type of treatment I need to do Is this anxiety disorder and those panic attacks are happening let me know.
