I am a gym lover, my diet is up to mark i.e I eat meat, fish, eggs, oats, bananas, etc. But my muscle is not gaining, it gained but at a point it stop developing I search it on google that why I am taking good protien in a accurate diet then why my body is not developing their I found that because of low testosterone level so, I started taking patanjali shilajeet and Ashwagandha with milk before bed. And now I have ordered carbohydrates blend (supplement) as I view it on google that carbohydrates help increase muscle and weight. I ordered carb blend of muscle blaze it contains :- dextrose, fructose(fruit sugar) andMaltodextrin, my question is that my protien is good my protien timings are good I don't smoke and drink, I do not have any habit of masturbation, I take small meals 4 to 6 times a day with 3: 2:1 ratio i.e more protien, less carb, low fat i.e 3: 2:1 now, this carb blend help me to weight gain and bulk me up?
