I am a 21 year guy. I have a habit of frequent masturbation. I have been masturbating for last 7 years. I masturbate 4-5 times daily. My height is only 163 cm and 48 kg. My health is declining day by day. I want to quit masturbation but I am unable do it. When I try to control it, a type of itching start in penis and my mind start thinking vulgar and humiliating things. Sometimes the thought are that vulgar that it increases the urges and produces undesired sexual fetishes. This continues until I discharge. After that it continues for 3-4 more times until I get tired and sleep. Most of the time I masturbate by rubbing my body against the bed and sleep after that. I have a lot of stress in my life and it only increases it more. Sometimes I feel to commit suicide. At most I have controlled it for 10 days. I have fear of losing my sexual potential. L am student of computer science and most of time spends sitting and lying on my bed working on pc. I do not feel energy to exercise. The food I consume are also not healthy as I do not stay at home. I am unable to consult any doctor because of shyness. Please suggest something easy or any ayurvedic medicine so that I can get develop normally and regain the losses due to masturbation. Also suggest how can I control this urge and quit masturbation. Please. Help!
