Nowadays. If I leave my weight on my hand while I watch TV in sleeping style giving my hand under head. And if I put my legs on one another while I sit on chairs. I fell like jum feeling. I am not able to explain properly. It's like the feeling or freezeness while we sit on floor keeping our legs down on one on one. This is like that. Please explain it why and are their any problems. And remedies to overcome.
