Take a Multivitamin tablet.. Avoid sleeping too late or working on stress full work before sleep. Try to relax before going to sleep. Do regular exercise in morning or Pranayama.. If all these don't help then Consult for Homoeopathic treatment..

Well this is due to unrefreshing sleep,,try to go to bed early and wake up early,,take high protein,,take green tea with lemon daily,,with this u need proper homoeopathic treatment to cure ur problem permanently
