I am male married life five years passed. No child. Passed eight years I had undergone inguinal hernia surgery. Before surgery me had two testis but after surgery me have only one testis. Doctor as done orchiectomy. My semen analysis report is azoospermia. Hormones level is FSH is 36.09 mIU/ml, lh is 13.16 ,prolactin is 8.01 ng/ml. Testosterone is 205. 04 ng/ml. And I had done USG abdomen and pelvis in this report is normal. Again I undergone for USG/colour Doppler of scrotum in this. Right testis: not visualized. Left testis: 3.8�1.5�2.2 cms.left testis shows normal size, location,vascularity and architecture. Two small hpoechoic lesions noted in left testes measuring 0.7�4.4 mm and 4.7�2.4 mm.the larger lesions shows minimal vascularity on colour Doppler. No e/o cystic areas/calcification. Left epididymis shows normal appearance. Right spermatic cord/epididymis are slightly thickened. Minimal hydrocele noted on left side. Noe/o varicocele or inguinal hernia. IMPRESSION:nonvisualisation of right testis. Two small hpoechoic lesions in left testes-?Neoplastic etiology/seminoma. Again I done blood test of alpha feto protein is 4.1 ng/ ml beta hcg is 0.100mIU/ml and LDH is 187U/L.My question is I want child .And what is the problem am not having child. And do I have any other problem.
