I worried about HIV? I don't know she is having HIV or not? I consult doctor After 13 days sexual exposure real time hiv1 RNA quantitative test results negative .how much the rest accuracy.

You can ask for 4th generation ELISA or HIV RNA PCR after 3-4 weeks of exposure. 13 days is little too early for that test to pick up HIV. Best wishes.
