I have thyroid and low back problem since 2009. I want to lose weight and I need consultation for the same. Also I want a vegetarian thyroid diet plan for me.

Dear Lybrate user thanks for reaching out. For thyroid you should avoid cruciferous vegetables like cabbage, brocolli, cauliflower in your diet. Eat all green coloured vegetables regularly. You can take 1.5 to 2 Cups per meal. Use only 15 ml of visible fat a day. For back pain go to a good physiotherapist and strengthen your back. Then you can walk and diet plus exercise you can loose weight. You can come for a face to face consultation.
