Hello, practice mindfulness. It helps you in staying focused on the present rather than dwelling on past or worrying about future. Do some aerobic exercise which makes you sweat for atleast 10 minutes. Be patient, it doesn't happen over night. It'll take a few weeks, but you'll definitely feel relaxed and in the present moment.
