I want increase my body weight. I am very thin. I want little bit bulk body. So please provide me diet. I am also doing Gym. And taking Whey protein.

For increasing your weight, eat lots of carbohydrates (potatoes, rice, corn etc.) and good fats (various nuts, peanut butter etc.), high fat dairy (whole milk, cheese). Have milk or shakes or smoothies every day. Have various dry fruits and nuts daily. Increase your regular meal portions by a little amount. Exercise a little every day for proper digestion.
