Hello, From 2-3 years, I have developed a very bad habit of remaining awake till late night like 3-4 am and waking very late like 10-11 am. I feel very bad and guilty, and I am not even healthy as others. Full day bloating, indigestion, acidity etc. I have developed hemmoroids too due to this habit. Please help me! I want to sleep Early please counsel me.

Avoid spicy food items and not to eat junk food and we also need to avoid peanuts and potatoes in our daily diet and Tip- I will suggest you to take a shower with warm water or just wash your face , forearms , legs with soap and water at bedtime for a peaceful sleep
