Hi, My age is 24 years, I feel I am very skinny (my weight is 45.9 KG). I want to put on my weight. But my gynaecologist is suggesting me to control the weight as I have PCOD. She also suggested me to do exercise. I am not sure if I should control my weight or need to put on. In this scenario, I am planning to join Gym. I have heard Yoga can also help. Could you please suggest me if I should join Yoga classes or Gym. It will be very helpful if there are any other suggestions. Looking forward to hear from you soon. Thanks in advance.

Weight training and yoga both are very good for curing PCOD. This will also give you a good body composition. While you will gain muscle mass which will make you look fit at the same time you will not gain fat which is common in pcod (the reason your doctor wants you to loose weight). Eat healthy, include banana n coconut in your diet.
