I'm 22 and I'm an employee. I'm fat and I try to make time of 2 hours a day for exercising. I have been exercising from past 6-7 months. But still it isn't helping me to reduce weight. I also follow a regular diet which doesn't include too much of carbs. So far I've reduced only 5 kgs. I need to reduce more weight in less amount of time. Is it okay if I try to take medicines which help me to reduce the excess weight? If it's not a problem, then which medicine would you suggest me to take? I need to reduce around 15 kgs in the next 3-4 months.

There are no medicines for weight loss. You need to reduce your diet also and monitor your calorie intake. Take about 1500 calories per day. Take 2-3 fruits per day. Consult a dietitian for a proper program.
