Sir I used to have a fear for driving. Two years back I somehow got rid of those fear. But I went through a traumatic experience when I fell of from my bike some 9 months ago and that day my uncle died. And from 1 month later. Those fears have again started to haunt. Me why is it that those fears have recurred. I thought I got rid of them. Please help me. Because it is giving me problems. Sometimes even sound of cars freak me out. Please help.
