I have been trying to lose weight, normal diet, keto, lo carb. Nothing works. neither is going to the gym. Is there any check up recommended to identify any possible issue on why weight is not reducing?

It seems you are trying quick fix crash diets. Such diets only have short term effects. It's better you change gradually and holistically. There is no short cut to weight loss. Aim for 2-3 kgs loss in a month. Take a 16-1800 calories diet per day. Consult a dietitian with a gradual and holistic approach. Avoid all types of medicines, supplements. Remember there is no short cut to weight loss. Aim for good health and fitness. You can do a Thyroid test if you want.
