Dear lybrate-user Chowdhary, Bereavement is a strong psychological influence. We learn to come out of it be renewing our sense of purpose. It is a conscious decision to make it better and seek a sense of purpose. Counseling must be continued with an inner resolve to redefine our sense of purpose. God bless.
