Dear Lybrateuser, - For a muscular body have a well balanced diet & do regular exercise - have more of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, protein rich foods such as eggs, non veg, milk & milk products, soya products, tofu, beans, lentils, pulses, sprouts, nuts such as almonds, walnuts, pista, cashews - have a protein food with each meal & as a snack in between meals - do regular exercise like jogging, swimming, pull ups, pushups, squats, crunches, do moderate weight lifting for 15-20 min 2-3 times a week.
