Recently had the blood check on two days back. The readings are: Fasting 131 and Postprandial 132. Kindly inform me what does this indicates and should I need any medication. Kindly help.

For fasting blood sugar the readings are high. You must see a general physician or a diabetologist. You may not need medicines but it is advisable to take opinion form a specialist.
