Recently My Father is experiencing Stomach ache from. Few days USG UPPER ABDOMEN says FEW lymph nodes SEEN OF 5 to 9 mm! What does it mean. Is it normal? Or should we go any other test to confirmed it? Please help us out.

It's significant as lymph node swelling occurs mainly in any inflammatory condition, need to do CT abdomen, visit your doctor.

No it is not normal. And further investigation like endoscopy and CT scan are advisable.
