I am 23 years old marriage girl. After 2 month of marriage I feel very sleepy in whole day. In fact I take full time sleep at night. But again in day time when I get free time I feel sleepy. Why it's happen? And what is the solution of it? Is it problem arise from having daily physical relation?

The reason may not be known. Try to exercise every day (go for a walk or any sports etc) which will rectify your sleep rhythm. Please do ensure a routine medical check up with a doctor (for both of you as a preventive measure) with some routine tests like CBC, blood sugar, TSH, urine routine etc. Adapt a healthy lifestyle so that you can stay healthy and fit. Eat more of fruits and vegetables everyday and less of fried and heavy food. Please revert after that with the reports for further guidance.
