I am suffering from poor weight and poor physical personality and poor appetite performance and poor muscle development my body. Please advice what should i do?

First of all u hv overcome ur anxiety,,u need to wake up early in the morning and go for walking,,jogging,,do some yoga,,take jeera water in the empty stomach,,,take honey in warm water,,,,with this u need to take high protein diet,,take green veggies,,take nuts,,take fruits daily,,,u need to do regular exercise,,take multivitamins with multiminerals,,this will help
