Hello, I am 20 years old. Sir I am fail to get suitable weight for me to look good, my weight is lose compared my age, I have also doing running daily. So please say some suitable advices to me to get a suitable weight. i do not feel very hungry in day, i have also less hungry, I have get homeopathic treatment to get feel of hunger, but it not apply affect on me. My weight in these days is 55-56.

Weight gain is a complex process, it's not going to work only by including some food item in your diet. Include more of high calorie food items in your every meal without adding bulk to your diet and eat small but frequent meals.
