I have bilateral sacroiliitis problem since I was 13. Now I'm 21 years old sometimes I have severe pain what should I do to minimize it.?

Hi, have you taken any treatment for this. The pain will reduce by pain killers but you need an mri to identify if any nerve is getting stretched and may need to be treated. Pain killers are only temporary cure.
