I have thyroid, I am using 25 mcg thyroid tablets. I suffered with over weight how can I lose my weight. Please suggest me the diet plan plan also.

Your thyroid problem is very mild. It may contribute only 2-3 kgs to your body weight. Rest of the excess weight is your responsibility. Add 2-3 Fruits to your daily diet. Double your water intake..>> Cut down Sweets/Biscuits/ Colas/Juices from your diet..>> Completely eliminate Puris/Parathas/Pizzas/Burgers/Fried Rice/Biryani etc.>> Eat slowly and mindfully. Reduce portion size..>> Exercise daily - 'Intense' Cardio for 40-60 mins. This will keep you toned and trim.
