I did lipid profile test and my result is as below. Please suggest am I under high risky or to be worried about. Cholesterol 250 Triglycerides 241 Hdl 38 Ldl 164 Vldl 48 Ldl/hdl 7 I am very worried due I need immediate medicine or treatment or can lifestyle changes bring it to normal.

You need to consult a doctor and start medication as your lipid profile is higher than the normal range. Along with medicines you need to follow a well-maintained diet chart which helps to lower your LDL, Cholesterol, and triglycerides level. Include Fibers and omega 3 rich foods. You don't need medicines. You can bring down your lipid levels by improving your diet and daily indulgence in fitness activities. Aim to reduce about 16 kgs at the rate of about 3 kgs per month. Your weight and lipids will be down in 6 months time. Consult a dietician for a proper diet for reducing cholesterol. Start fitness activities on a daily basis. Take this as a challenge and improve your health, naturally.
