Hi 27 year old I work in extreme cold conditions and work for road construction and deals with bituminous materials around 150 degree temp. Im feel right knee pain from last 10 months as minor and now while using eastern lavetry set after toilet my knee feels pain to make leg straight. And I have no complaint for rest of the day and I walk on gradient terrains and mountain roads which are uneven. I have a doubt with as it makes a sound when I try to make it flexible the rest of day. Plz,prescribe some measures at the earliest. Nothing so serious but better to cure at earliest.
