Hello I am suffering from social anxiety and panic attack, several anti depressant tried but it gives acidity problem and no use ,then doctor suggest to take inderal 10 mg thrice a day and in the situation where I feel anxious. It helps me lot. Toficalm 50 mg also prescribed if anxiety was too much but I didn't use it. Because inderal alone help me to overcome anxiety. I want to know is there any side effect if taken for long time. Please advice.
